INDICATIONS
With Exercise-Her, you will receive 2 different weights: one of 30 g and one of 40 g
Active Exercises Step 1: Begin with the lightest dumbbell (30g) placed on the rack.
·Insert the weight into the vagina using a water-based lubricant. Make sure it is inserted far enough into the vagina to pass through the PC muscles.
·Start to contract the PC muscles making sure that with each contraction you squeeze and lift the muscles. You'll know you're doing it correctly when you see the molded loop move up with each contraction.
·Hold each contraction for 2-3 seconds and continue for 10-15 contractions.
·After performing the contractions, rest for a minute and repeat the cycle two more times.
These exercises must be done daily; if possible, in the morning.
Continue with the 30g weight for 4-6 weeks
Active Exercises Step 2: Change the weight on the rack to the heavier 40g.
Do the same exercise cycle with the heavier weight for 4-6 weeks.
The exerciser should be carefully washed after each use and thoroughly dried before storage.

Passive stimulation:
Start with the lightest weight (30 g).
Using a water-based lubricant, insert the weight with the holder into the vagina until it comfortably passes the PC muscles. The molded elastic should be outside the vagina for easy removal.
Use the exerciser for a few hours to several hours a day while doing your usual daily activities. Passive stimulation occurs when there is movement and the vibration of the internal weight stimulates an increase in the tone of the vaginal and PC muscles.
Remove the exerciser, clean it and dry it thoroughly before storing it.
Do not use the exerciser during sexual activity.
It is safe to use the exerciser during menstruation only if you use feminine wipes. Do not insert a tampon while using the exerciser.
As vaginal tone increases (usually after 4-6 weeks of active exercise), you can switch to the 40g dumbbell.
The bracket is for easy removal but the weights can be used without it for passive stimulation and can be removed with just your fingers. If you have trouble removing the weights with just your fingers, use the rack.
