Dilute four drops of Kick Start in 4 ounces of your favorite beverage for a boost or add to your favorite diffuser for soothing aromatherapy.

• Blend of essential oils with essential extracts of ginger, mint and cinnamon. • Dilute four drops of the mixture in 4 ounces of water. • Kick Start can be used up to two times per day. We recommend starting with one application per day and, depending on the needs of each body, increase to twice a day. • Preferably use glass containers to drink the Kick Start mix, since it is the material that best preserves and protects the dishes from the ingredients. Do not use it in plastic containers. • This blend does not contain a carrier oil. It can also be spread or applied to the palm of the hand and used for aromatherapy. • Mix a few drops of Fractionated Coconut Oil for massages or specific aromatherapy.

INDICATIONS

Dilute four drops of this revitalizing blend in 4 fl oz of liquid. Kick Start can also be used in a diffuser or applied to the palm of the hand for use in aromatherapy.
